The Foam Roller’s design enhances balance, body awareness, muscle re-education, muscular flexibility and dynamic strength. Our foam rollers are an excellent aid for self massage of the upper and lower back, hip, ab & adductors, plus calf, hamstring, glute and quad muscles.

Can be used effectively in many positions – supine, prone, sitting, kneeling, lying on your side, or standing.

Each foam roller is 36 inches in length and available in Full Round (BSTFR36F) or Half Round (BSTFR36H).
